20. Ocean - Have not won in a month, but they are ranked ahead of eight other teams and don't have to play an A North or A South team in the first round.
22. Shore - Only win over teams in this tournament and that's to No.28 Point Beach, the last seed.
Losers
5. TR East - Fair seed, but they miss out on a bye.
13. Rumson-FH - Much cleaner resume than Monmouth, but lack of quality wins hurt them.
14. Red Bank - Have to play a division rival in Vianney that is capable of beating them
16. Manasquan - I thought they deserved better than a talented TR North team in the first round.
18. Neptune - Losing to Freehold Twp. hurt them more than I thought. Still, they're better off playing Central than TR North.
In case anyone is unfamiliar with the seeding process, six coaches, one from each division, get together, each rank the teams, list the rankings and make adjustments. While I attended the meeting, I have nothing to do with the process.

Who were the coaches? It looks like whoever was the A-North Rep really took charge.
Shore - Ocean Game Ended in a 1-1 tie. Shore out played Ocean the entire game- I cant see how Ocean is seeded 20th. Shore should have been seeded 20th. Could have had one hell of a rematch between Rumson and Shore (Probably one of the best games I have seen this year). Shore is getting health again- Drawing Freehold Twp gives them the Chance to show what they are made of.
When does the SCT Begin?
First round - Thursday
Second - Sat
Quarters - Next Tues
Semis - Next Thurs
Finals - Next Sat
I think that it is nice that the A north and A south teams let the minnows in. 5 A north teams in the top 11 is a joke.
Pinelands is gonna be the sruprise of the tournament they have all their players back MONDON should start praying

Rumson 9 Asbury 0 Boy Rumson sure has a lot of class. Complaining about Shore than scoring 9 goals on Asbury.
So Matt, who do you think will win the TR North and Manasquan game? It will be pretty close and what will both teams need to do to win. And for squan, who do they have that starts this year that wil be eligable to play next year?
Wow are you seriously gonna start this crap about Shore and Rumson again, get a fricken life. By the way, Shore scored 12 on Asbury you moron. Rumson was passing around there defense and back to the goalie for the entire second half. if Shore spent more time practicing than they did whining on these forums, they might be decent.
Its so easy to get a Rumson fan to respond. Good luck to Rumson in the SCT hope to see you during the tournament. Rumson was passing the ball around what a joke-Shore was playing second string and JV players
Algor will be back as well as Hostnik, Ben Drake, John Mahony, and there are a few sophmores that will have an impact for Squan's 08-09 team. There goalie to replace Taylor Weiss will be goo, and there won't be many seniors next year.
You also forgot about MacMahon, he will probably be captain next year., but I also want manley's word also
