just my thoughts...nothing set in stone..
fwds
fitzsimmons (tall strong player)
Martin(goal machine)
O'donell(dont know much except he scored a bunch of goals)
Leissing(i know he played more defensivley, but still good player)

mid
zellar(very dirty, but great player)
oneil(north wasnt too strong, but he was better than huff)
ventura(good solid playmaker)
Weissman (great athlete)

Def
smith (played all over led brick team)
tito(question of skill maybe, but blazing speed)
shore(athlete, strong, great in the air)
istanivic (maybe going out on a limb, but seems strong defensivley)

GK
morgans hands down

feel free to comment/make corrections

forwards- Martin, Leissing, Fitz, odonnell

mid- Zeller, Nathu, Gorr, Ventura

Def- Smith, Tito, Shore, Istvanditch

GK- Morgans

Best forward in the conference is Martin. Hes comfortable with the ball at his feet and he usually finishes very well. Fitzsimmons is another good option. Very strong in the air and presents problems on set pieces.

Best midfielder is Zeller by far. Skilled player who put that team on his back. I added Nathu and gorr because of their ability to attack and defend. Nathu will be a first team player next year. Ventura was the best offensive weapon for Jackson.

Def- Smith has the best skills of all the asouth defenders but shore and nurudeen are better athletes.

Gk- Morgans. No explanation needed.

Funny, my picks were the same as the above with Zeller owning a spot. Can't decide my remaining 3 middies between Nathu, Weissman, Ventura & Gorr. Huff (TRN), although received many votes, would not make my top 4 midfielders (and none of the others under comments) He did not play much and when he did he wasnt healthy to be dangerous--Is he voting for himself on the front page?? Other players on TRN stepped up in Huff's absence like O'donnell, O'Niel, & Istvanditch.

leissing
best player on trs, would have guessed he played center midfield...hard worker, played both sides of the ball, and had his fair share of goals. making him a forward in this pole hurts his chances for an all-shore spot because martin from trs gets most of the accolades at the forward position. anyone agree?

What is leissing's natural position? I saw him play fullback at the senior all star game and he looked like a natural outside back. He made smart reads on the ball and possessed it nicely in the back. But you are right that playing with a forward who had more points will hurt his chances at forward.

Fwds:
-Martin deserves it the most because all his goals. Going through the paper you always read about fitzsimmons and o'donell. I don't think anyone else really deserved it.

Mids:
-Zeller deserves it for his goals and his ability to make plays. Gorr played great defense and also was able to score. You always read about weissman's goals so that would be my third. The last vote would be between oneil and ventura.

Def:
-smith and nurudeen deserve it without a doubt. istvandich had a good season. the last vote would probably go to lindstrom or kocher.

GK:
-Morgans.
